Abilash Rathnakaran, a highly competent and organized individual dedicated to the development of sports throughout India, is the Director of Sports at VELS Group of Institutions. Abilash has been in the industry since he was 16 years old and has represented major clubs and institutions as a young charismatic player as well as the people's favourite Mentor.

With his outstanding skills, he has nurtured young aspiring minds venturing into sports. A significant number of underprivileged kids have been benefited by his support. Through his acumen, he has produced many outstanding Sportspersons in the state of Tamil Nadu. He is now part of major foundations such as SAIL and Nakshatra dealing with the well-being of underprivileged kids whilst providing them opportunities to help them reach success in life.
